Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking id by email as soon as it’s available. You can check the status of your order by viewing your order in your account. Please enter your tracking id to track your order, click here.
Damaged Items in Transport
If your items are damaged during shipping, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace your items and do not require the damaged items to be returned. However, we kindly request that you provide photos of the damage so that our shipping department can properly handle the claim process with our carrier.
Is it possible to modify the shipping address if I entered it incorrectly?
If you have mistakenly entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately to update your details. However, if your item has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that we cannot modify or resend your product, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details are accurate before making a purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to an incorrect address.
